All Nxpqx devices come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering hardware defects and malfunctions. Premium models include extended 3-year warranty coverage. For security reasons, we only accept returns of unused devices in their original sealed packaging within 30 days of purchase. If you've initialized your device (generated keys or created a wallet), we cannot accept a return due to security protocols, but our support team will work with you to resolve any issues you're experiencing.
